Our Story
Why We Started
When Gabi and Malu were young, they used to go to a summer camp very similar to Camp M&M. It was put on by St. Mary’s alumni for the younger St. Mary’s girls. They always had a blast, so after they graduated from St. Mary’s, they decided to continue the tradition.
From Idea to Business
Camp M&M first started the summer of 2017. It lasted two weeks long and was exclusive to St. Mary’s girls. It was such a hit, that Gabi and Malu decided to expand the camp to four weeks the next year and make it available to girls from all schools. Summer 2019 plans are already starting to take shape as the girls have ideas to further expand Camp M&M. Through the years, Gabi and Malu learned a number of business skills including how to market their business, the concept of profit margin, financial management, communication and leadership skills, project management and planning, and customer service.
